Con's son Leon joined the family business at the
age of 15, working out of a garage on Kennedy Road in Napier. Leon grew up with
the business, turning his hand to every aspect of the operation. When Con unofficially
retired, Leon was the most suitable and experienced person to take over as General
Manager. (At the age of 90, Con still works most mornings and is still as sharp
as a tack).

Richard joined RFA
in 1989 as a rep on the road, dealing with customers face to face. In 2003 the
opportunity arose to become a partner in a newly formed home décor importing
business. After five years he re-joined RFA with a wealth of knowledge and insight
into new markets. That experience is a key factor in RFA exploring fresh new

Conrad is the third
generation of Rieters to work at RFA after graduating from Victoria University
with a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration. Like his father Leon, he takes
responsibility for a wide range of projects within the business, from trade
shows, to business operations, buying, IT, production, and administration.

Well known to many
retailers, Michelle is the key contact for all orders and enquiries. Having
been with RFA since 1994, she has great product knowledge and has developed a
strong rapport with customers over the years.

Accounts and Administration Manager
Belinda is a
recent recruit to Rembrandt, having joined the company in 2017. She brings a great
deal of information and experience from her previous roles and has a good
background in managing accounts and customers’ needs, and has become a highly
valued member of the team.
